First of all, determining the condition of the building and carrying out the works according to the needs is the first step in repair and strengthening works. It will include all or some of the following studies in order, according to the requirements.

Reinforcement works in the structure are carried out by our company within the above-mentioned systematic. In the previous stages, we ensure that the works progress in a certain coordination by working with organizations that are experts in their fields or by recommending them to our customers.

Apart from extensive strengthening works as above, we provide services with our systematic application methods, such as simple corrosion repairs, for situations that can be resolved by repair.

BUILDING REINFORCEMENT APPLICATION METHODS

The structure that is designed and needs partial or complete strengthening can be strengthened by one of the following methods or the necessary combinations according to the application areas.

  • Conventional Method – Adding foundation, adding sections to load-bearing elements or adding new elements to reinforced concrete using formwork, concrete and rebar.
  • Steel Construction – Providing the necessary reinforcements to the structure with steel elements.
  • Composite Systems – Reinforcement of weak areas in the structure using CFRP (Carbon Fiber) or FRP (Glass Fiber) systems

BUILDING REPAIR METHODS

These are the methods applied to eliminate the damages that the structure is exposed to as a result of environmental effects other than static and dynamic effects. In this context, the following studies can be implemented.

Epoxy Injections: It is generally applied for shrinkage cracks or for crack repairs before strengthening if the structure is to be strengthened.

Polyurethane Injections: It is a study for the elimination of water leaks in the cracks of the structure with polyurethane material that expands in order to solve the moisture or water problem of the structure.

Acrylic Injections: It is a study focusing on eliminating water leaks in building cracks with acrylic resin with curing time-controlled, which can remain flexible to solve the moisture or water problem of the structure.

Structural Repair Mortar Repairs: It is a study focusing on repairing reinforced concrete surfaces damaged by various effects such as concrete casting defects or freezing-thawing and completing the reduced rust margin. It is supported by some surface protectors.

Corrosion Repairs: It is a type of repair applied with a certain method on reinforced concrete elements whose rust margins are separated from the surface due to reinforcement corrosion. These are the applications that should be supported with reinforcement methods in case the reinforcement section losses are determined to be above the values determined by the regulations.
